Returns and Exchanges
If you are not absolutely happy with your purchase, you may return it.
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 10 days after delivery of the product. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have original tags. Please note that we do not accept the returns on final sale items, promotions, fabric swatches and gift cards.
All returns and exchanges need our authorization. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org your Order Number and request Return Authorization. Please allow us 48 hours to respond.
Original invoice/packing slip must be attached to every Return or Exchange.
Refunds on Returns and Exchanges are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by us and take 5-7 business days to process.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if we are not at fault. There will be a 15% restocking fee on Returns for Refund if we are not at fault.
Items sold from Our Sale Page are final and we do not accept returns on them.
We are not responsible for any shipping charges from Returns and Exchanges on International Orders. All sales from Internationals Orders are final.
